with a broad experience in finance/accounting & systems with years of experience in multinational companies including Royal Dutch Shell and Nestle, which covered Finance Accounting and Controls including Sarbanes Oxley, Business Process Systems including SAP and JDE and Corporate Finance and Planning.
Cecilia "Cecile' Q. Malay, has a proven track record for operational excellence with over 27 years experience in customer service and call centers. In addition has establishment and implemented work processes, performed process compliance audits, performance analysis, ISO 9000:2001 and Six Sigma for multinational clients in the outsourcing industry.
